Spring TOT-Behavior and Mental Health Extension: Interconnected Systems Framework
Training Details
In this training of trainers, participants will be equipped to guide educators in establishing an interconnected systems framework (ISF) leadership team and identifying foundational steps for implementing ISF at both the school and district levels. This training of trainers will also prepare participants to teach others how to evaluate evidence-based practices. The ISF pathways are offered as an extension to the Behavior and Mental Health certification. To register, participants must hold a TIER Behavior and Mental Health certification.

- Training Time: 9:00AM - 4:00PM CST (for both dates)
- Capacity for the TOT = 60 participants

Who is the TOT intended for?
This training of trainers is designed for ESC staff and district/campus administrators and staff responsible for training and implementing MTSS, specifically in the areas of behavior and mental health.
Prerequisites for the TOT
o register for this training of trainers, participants must already hold a Behavior and Mental Health certification. Designated ESC staff members without a TIER certificate must complete the following Canvas courses on TEA Learn as a prerequisite:

Overview of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
MTSS
Developing and Using an MTSS Problem-Solving Team
Please enroll in each course and complete by Friday, March 12, 2027. Participants who do not complete Canvas courses will be withdrawn from the training. Visit TEALearn to view these courses.
