DHH Eligibility: The Audiological

This course addresses the audiological form and evaluation that is one piece of DHH/AI eligibility. The form may look slightly different in your district, depending on which special education software system is being used. 

The terminology on the form may not be the preferred terminology; this course is focusing on explaining each section of the form and the implications the ARD committee needs to be aware of.

At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Become familiar with audiological form and evaluation which is one piece of DHH/AI eligibility
• Recognize various sections of the form and the implications the ARD committee needs to be aware of when utilizing the audiological form.
