Examples include visual schedules, choice boards, task analyses, and cue cards. - What's your first step? - [Indistinct] time sheet. - [Narrator] Visual supports, such as checklists, can empower students by allowing them to take ownership of their tasks, fostering independence. - Good job. - [Narrator] To support the use of his checklist, Declan's teacher provides him with a brief gestural prompt to help ensure he stays on task as he progresses through his tasks. - Great.
