Test of English Proficiency (TEP) Practice Course

Individuals seeking sign language interpreter certification through Texas's Board of Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) must pass two exams to receive certification: the Test of English Proficiency (TEP) and the BEI sign language performance exam. To take the performance exam, individuals must first take and pass the TEP. This course is intended to provide meaningful practice for individuals seeking to pass their TEP by targeting the English language skills required on the exam. This course is asynchronous and can be completed on the participant's own time.
