This training equips PK-12 school administrators, MTSS team members, and ESC staff with essential strategies to develop and communicate a Shared Vision for a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Whether new to MTSS or an experienced administrator, learners will focus on collaboration and effective communication to build a unified understanding of MTSS and its role in student success. Participants will explore practical strategies to ensure successful implementation in schools or districts and align all stakeholders with their Shared Vision of MTSS.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Articulate key strategies to develop a cohesive MTSS framework that meets the unique learning needs of each student.
- Effectively communicate the shared vision to multiple stakeholders, ensuring engagement and buy-in.
